Last Minute Thanksgiving Recipes

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you Canadians out there! It's a beautiful day here in Ontario. The leaves are changing, it's sunny and bright, and I'm looking forward to a delicious dinner with family this evening.

If you haven't got your menu finalized yet, or you're just looking for something new to add it it, give these following recipes a try. The one marked with an asterisk* is the one I've personally tried and loved, while the others look great and are on my "To Try" list.

If you're getting tired of pumpkin spice lattes and you're not a fan of wine, this is a great beverage replacement for Thanksgiving dinner. It's a little bit sweet, a little bit tart, and it has a pleasant flavour that's not overwhelming. I highly recommend this!

Can't go wrong with potatoes, especially when they also contain bacon and thyme. These look deliciously crispy as well.

You've got to have something healthy on the table that contains leafy greens, and this is a step up from the same boring old salad. All the apple and those walnuts with make it nice and crisp.

Whatever you end up making for dinner today, I hope it's enjoyable. Happy Thanksgiving!
